Pipercross Cleaning Kit - C9000

Cleaning a Pipercross air filter must be done correctly. Improper maintenance can lead to filter damage or even car problems.

How to clean the filter:

1. Remove excess dirt
   Carefully clean the filter with a soft brush to remove accumulated dirt.
2. Apply C9000 cleaning additive
   Spray generously with cleaning additive C9000.
   Rub gently with a soft brush and leave for about 5 minutes.
3. Rinse with warm water
   Rinse the filter with warm water, with the water flowing from the clean side of the foam to the dirty side.
4. Allow the filter to air dry
   The filter should dry naturally, without the use of any heat source.
   ❗ Do not use heat!
5. Apply dirt retention additive C9000
   Apply a small amount of C9000 dirt retention additive to the dirty (black) side of the foam.

Important:

• Steps 2–4 may need to be repeated until the filter is completely clean.
• ❗ Do not over-oil the filter, as this can lead to performance loss.
