RacingLine Billet Coolant Outlet VWR140014 is a premium aluminum coolant outlet, developed as a direct replacement for the factory plastic component on 1.8 / 2.0 TSI EA888.3 and 2.0 TSI EA888.4 engines.

The factory plastic coolant outlet is a well-known weak point. Due to its proximity to the turbocharger, it constantly operates at very high temperatures. Over time, the plastic becomes brittle, can crack, and start to leak coolant.

When this component fails, the vehicle can quickly lose coolant and leave you stranded. RacingLine solves this problem with a durable aluminum version, designed to last the entire lifespan of the car.

The component is precisely machined from 6061-T6 aluminum using advanced 5-axis CNC machining. It is then polished and anodized in a Midnight Black finish, which provides protection against corrosive liquids such as coolant, oil, and saltwater.

The kit uses an NBR rubber gasket 20 x 2.5 mm to ensure reliable sealing and precise fitment. Installation is easy and can be done with basic tools such as Torx T30, hose clamp pliers, and a rubber hose clamp.
