RacingLine Billet Fuel Cap – VW / Audi / SEAT / Cupra / Skoda

The RacingLine Billet Fuel Cap is a premium aluminum fuel cap designed for VW, Audi, SEAT / Cupra, and Skoda models. It’s a small detail that changes the feel every time you refuel and adds a true OEM+ finish to the vehicle.

The factory plastic cap gets the job done, but there’s nothing special about it. RacingLine replaces this ordinary component with a precisely crafted aluminum cap that feels sturdier, looks more premium, and retains all the important functions of the original part.

Each cap starts its life as a solid piece of 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum, then is machined using advanced 5-axis CNC technology. After machining, the component is polished and anodized in a glossy Midnight Black finish to maintain its beautiful appearance year after year.

RacingLine didn’t just make a beautiful aluminum cap. The design retains important factory functions – a new rubber O-ring seal, a tether connection, and the ability to place the cap in the factory fuel flap holder while refueling.
