CTS TURBO EA113 Swirl Flap Delete Kit

CTS Turbo offers a Runner Flap Delete (RFD) kit for 2.0T FSI engines (EA113), including the MK6 Golf R. This solution allows for the removal of the factory intake flappers, which become a significant restriction in modified vehicles.

The factory flappers restrict airflow at higher boost levels and with larger turbochargers. The CTS RFD eliminates this obstruction and provides freer airflow, which supports more efficient cylinder filling and more power to the wheels.

With the correct software, up to ~10 whp and ~10 wtq can be gained from just adding the RFD kit.
