CTS Turbo is proud to present the new FSI Auxiliary Low Pressure Fuel System – a complete solution for reinforcing the low-pressure fuel system in serious FSI projects.

As is well known, the FSI fuel system uses two separate fuel pumps:

• LPFP (Low Pressure Fuel Pump)

• HPFP (High Pressure Fuel Pump)

While various solutions for HPFP are available on the market, including Autotech HPFP, options for truly reinforcing the low-pressure system are significantly more limited.

CTS Turbo solves this problem with a fully integrated fuel system that uses a secondary in-tank fuel pump, capable of supporting over 600 hp.

The system works through a load-based fuel pump controller, which activates the auxiliary pump only when the engine truly needs additional fuel. This means intelligent operation, optimal delivery, and the necessary reserve for high-power configurations.
