CTS TURBO Turbocharger K04 for Audi B7/B8/Q5

CTS Turbo is proud to officially present the new K04 turbo upgrade for Audi B7, B8 and B8.5 A4 / A5 / Allroad / Q5 2.0T – a solution designed for enthusiasts seeking real performance, OEM+ fitment, and long-lasting reliability.

The turbocharger uses a full-size K04 CHRA, mounted in CTS Turbo custom-designed compressor and turbine housings. Based on the turbo that comes factory in the MK6 Golf R, this upgrade is engineered to be a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory BorgWarner or IHI turbocharger used in the B7 A4, B8 / B8.5 A4, A5, Allroad, and Q5 2.0T.

CTS Turbo engineers have designed the housings specifically for the larger K04 CHRA, ensuring proper flow and efficiency – exactly as intended. Unlike so-called hybrid solutions, where a larger CHRA is installed into a small factory housing, this K04 is not a hybrid. Such compromised designs often lead to restricted flow, poor performance, and premature failures.

The high-quality castings are CNC machined and directly replace the factory turbo, with no additional parts required. To run this K04 upgrade, only appropriate K04 software is needed.

For maximum ease of installation, the kit includes OEM gaskets and mounting hardware.
