CTS TURBO Intake System for 1.8T

CTS Turbo introduces its new intake system for the VW MK4 1.8T – designed to deliver higher airflow, lower intake temperatures, and noticeably better engine response.

The factory air scoop works in conjunction with the enclosed CTS airbox to efficiently feed cold air to the system. The air passes through a high-flow conical filter with an inverted cone design, allowing for maximum engine breathing.

The single-piece CNC bent, powder-coated aluminum heat shield deflects heat from the engine bay, helping to deliver cooler air to the engine. The result is a real increase of 6–9 hp, as well as a more aggressive, race-inspired sound.

All components are designed to work as a complete system, providing more horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range, without compromising reliability.
