Following numerous requests for a true 3-inch intake, CTS Turbo presents its 3″ Air Intake System, designed specifically for serious K04 and big turbo setups in Golf R and MK5 FSI.

⚠️ Important:
This kit is most commonly used with GIAC “Extreme File” K04 software and will not work with most standard tuning files.
Before purchasing, it is mandatory to consult with your software provider regarding compatibility with 3″ MAF.

🧠 Why is 3″ MAF important?

For K04 Extreme or big turbo:

• The standard MAF housing becomes a restriction

• ECU requires calibration for the increased flow

• 3″ MAF allows for more accurate measurement at high airflow

Without proper software, the car will not operate correctly.
