CTS TURBO Intake Manifold for VW MK4 R32

This High-Flow Short Runner Intake Manifold is a must-have for any serious high-power VW MK4 R32 turbo project. The factory plastic manifold is not designed to withstand extreme boost pressures, while this aluminum design is built specifically for that purpose.

Made entirely from aluminum, the manifold allows for operation at very high boost levels without risk of deformation or damage. This is the same short runner manifold used in the CTS Stage 4 R32 Turbo Kit, proven in configurations with over 700 hp.

The short runner design improves airflow at high RPMs, making it ideal for building powerful VR6 turbo setups.

Important Information:

• Gaskets are not included – HS Tuning gaskets are recommended

• Vacuum/boost ports must be drilled and tapped according to your project
  (fittings not included)

• Due to the large plenum volume, it is necessary to:

  • Ensure clearance at the radiator support

  • Modify the radiator fans

  • Slightly modify one of the throttle body mounting holes
