The Eventuri 4.0 TFSI V8 EA825 intake system is a complete redesign and optimization of the entire air tract. Every component – including the airbox lid – has been developed to allow the twin-turbo V8 engine to draw air with minimal resistance and maximum efficiency.

Complete Engineering Rethink

The factory airbox lid restricts the size of the flow collector that supplies air to the turbo inlets. Eventuri solves this problem by:

• Increasing the height of the central part of the lid

• Larger flow collector

• Larger cone filters

This removes the factory restriction – something that competitors cannot avoid when using the OEM lid.

Turbo Inlets with +43% Larger Cross-Section

The turbo inlets are up to 43% larger in cross-section than stock and utilize:

• Specially designed internal "dimpled" surface

• Reduced friction between airflow and the wall

• Creation of an "air cushion" along the inner surface

This technology allows for higher flow rates with lower pressure loss.
