RacingLine Oil Catch Can – 2.0 TFSI EA113

The RacingLine Oil Catch Can is a premium oil separator system developed specifically for 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda A5/PQ35 platforms.

The system is designed to help control oil in the engine, while simultaneously capturing unwanted oil vapor and moisture from the crankcase ventilation. This helps keep the intercooler, intake pipes, and intake manifold cleaner in the long run.

During spirited driving, high lateral loads, and heavy braking, oil control becomes especially important. The RacingLine system uses a built-in baffle plate that helps oil stay in the engine under load, rather than returning to the intake system.

The oil catch can features a triple-baffled internal construction that effectively separates moisture and oil vapor. This is not just an empty can, but a complete engineering solution for a cleaner airflow path and more reliable operation under load.

The can is made from high-quality 6061 aluminum, precisely machine-welded and finished with a durable crinkle black powder coating. This ensures strength, long life, and an OEM+ look in the engine bay.

The kit includes reinforced AN-10 oil lines from the 210 series, with an outer nylon braid and an inner stainless steel reinforcement. The fittings are hand-polished before anodizing to achieve a premium finish and reduce the risk of marks during installation.

For easier maintenance, the oil catch can has a built-in dipstick for level checking and a drain plug at the base for convenient draining of collected fluids.
