RacingLine Performance Intercooler VWR141002 is a high-performance intercooler with a reinforced pressure hose kit included, specially developed for 2.0 TSI EA113 and EA888.1 engines in VW, Audi, SEAT / Cupra, and Skoda models.

The factory intercooler in these platforms struggles to cope with higher power, aggressive driving, and repeated accelerations. When the intake air temperature starts to rise, heat saturation occurs, and the car begins to lose power precisely when the load is greatest.

RacingLine solves this problem with a massive Plate & Bar intercooler featuring a 65mm core and significantly increased internal volume. Compared to the factory cooler, the RacingLine intercooler offers 96% greater volume, providing much better control over intake temperatures under real load.

RacingLine's goal is to achieve the right balance between maximum cooling and minimal pressure drop. Thus, the intercooler is significantly larger and more efficient without adding unnecessary turbo lag.

The kit uses enlarged 70mm inlet and outlet, whereas the factory intercooler has 60mm outlets. This allows for higher flow and freer passage of compressed air. Also included in the kit are corresponding reinforced pressure hoses, as well as an adapter to transition to the larger size.

The cast end tanks are designed with internal air flow guides that direct air up and down through the entire depth of the core. This reduces turbulence, improves air distribution, and helps the intercooler operate stably under repeated loads.
