RacingLine Boost Hose Kit VWR140010 is a high-quality set of reinforced boost hoses, developed specifically for the VW Polo GTI AW 2017–2021 and Audi A1 40 TFSI GB 2019+ with the 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.3B engine.

The kit replaces the factory flexible rubber hoses in the air path between the turbocharger, intercooler, and throttle body. The goal is smoother airflow, less resistance, less turbulence, and more reliable operation at high pressure and high temperatures.

In tuned cars or during aggressive driving, factory hoses can deform, soften from temperature, or become a weak point for pressure leaks. RacingLine solves this problem with a reinforced silicone construction and internal steel reinforcement that maintains the shape of the hoses even under severe loads.

Thanks to the stepped internal transitions, the connections between individual components are smoother and closer to the shape of the ports. This reduces turbulence and helps the turbo work with less resistance, moving a larger volume of air more efficiently.

The kit is a direct replacement for the factory hoses. Simply remove the old rubber hoses and install the RacingLine 4-piece kit. The included Mikalor stainless steel clamps provide a stronger connection, less risk of slipping, and better protection against pressure leaks.
