RacingLine Boost Hose Kit – 2.0 TSI EA888.3 MQB

RacingLine Boost Hose Kit VWR140004 is a high-quality reinforced pressure hose kit developed for 2.0 TSI and 1.8 TSI EA888 Gen.3 / Gen.3B MQB vehicles.

The kit replaces the factory rubber hoses in the air path between the turbocharger, intercooler, and throttle body. The goal is smoother airflow, less turbulence, and more reliable operation at high pressure and high temperature.

Factory hoses are flexible and over time can deform, soften, or create weak points for pressure leaks. RacingLine solves this problem with a multi-layer silicone construction, internal steel reinforcement, and precisely formed internal transitions.

Thanks to the smoother and more optimized air path, the turbocharger operates with less resistance. This promotes faster spooling, more stable pressure, and more efficient air delivery to the engine.

The hoses are designed as a direct replacement for the factory components. Simply remove the old rubber hoses and install the RacingLine kit. High-quality stainless steel Mikalor clamps are included, which reduce the risk of pressure leaks and hose slippage.

Kit of 5 hoses

The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit includes 5 hoses, but only 4 of them are actually installed. The reason is that the hose to the turbo outlet differs depending on whether the car was manufactured before or after 2017.
