RacingLine Boost Hose Kit – 2.0 TSI EA888.4 MQB Evo

The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit VWR140006 is a high-quality set of reinforced boost hoses developed for the latest 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.4 MQB Evo vehicles.

The kit replaces the factory rubber hoses in the air path between the turbocharger, intercooler, and throttle body. The goal is smoother airflow, better resistance to high temperatures and pressures, and a reduced risk of pressure leaks during dynamic driving or in a tuned car.

Factory rubber hoses are designed for standard loads. At higher pressures, increased temperatures, and aggressive driving, they can deform, expand, or become a weak point in the system. RacingLine addresses this with a reinforced silicone construction and internal steel reinforcement that maintains the hose's shape even under high loads.

Thanks to a smoother air path and optimized internal transitions, the turbocharger encounters less resistance. This allows it to operate more efficiently, move a larger volume of air, and reduce turbulence in the connections.

The hoses are a direct replacement for the factory components. Simply remove the original flexible rubber hoses and install the RacingLine kit. The included Mikalor stainless steel clamps provide a stronger connection, a lower risk of slippage, and better protection against pressure leaks.
