RacingLine Boost Pipe Kit VWR140011 is a high-quality upgrade for the pressurized air path in Audi RS3 8V.2 / 8Y, Audi TT RS 8S and Cupra Formentor VZ5 2.5 TFSI.

The kit replaces the factory plastic pipes and flexible rubber boost hoses with a larger 70mm aluminum boost pipe and reinforced silicone hoses with a smooth internal profile.

The goal is clear: freer airflow, less resistance, less turbulence, and more reliable operation under high pressure and high temperatures. This is especially important for 2.5 TFSI cars with software tuning, higher boost, or more serious power goals.

The factory plastic pipe has a diameter of 63mm, while RacingLine uses a 70mm outer diameter, maintaining the size from the intercooler outlet all the way to the throttle body. This keeps the air path smoother and less restrictive.

The aluminum pipe also eliminates the factory indentation for the wiring harness, which in the standard pipe disrupts smooth airflow. The result is better maintained laminar flow and more efficient turbocharger operation.

The silicone hoses are reinforced to maintain their shape under high temperature and high pressure. The internal fluorosilicone surface provides better resistance against oil and fuel vapors, and the Mikalor stainless steel clamps reduce the risk of pressure leaks and hose slippage.
